The candidate is preferred to be from Design-Consultancy background in the field of Oil & Gas Industries (Offshore, Onshore) / Refineries with minimum 8-10 years experience (Site Safety experience shall not be considered at all for this post. Only relevant design experience in Safety Studies & Loss Prevention Design is required). The candidate should be a Chemical Engineer (with Process Engineering background) having relevant experience in conducting Safety Studies like QRA (consequence/dispersion/radiation/explosion modelling using validated software's like PHAST, FRED and Probabilistic Studies using risk summation tools, fault tree / event tree etc.). The candidate should also have experience in design of active fire protection system (fire water pumping/network, deluge system, foam system, fire water hydraulic simulation with software's like PIPENET). He should be capable of developing HSE Philosophy/ Safety Concept and handle a project as Lead Loss Prevention Engineer.
