1-CARRYOUT ALL THE DUTIES RELATED TO THE FOREMAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION OF FURNITURES 2-CHECK THE DRAWINGS AND INSTRUCT THE CARPENTERS HOW ACHIEVE THE RESULTS 3-PREPARE THE CUTTING LIST AS PER THE DRAWING 4-PROVIDE THE MANAGEMENT PRODUCTION SCHEDULE AND BE ABLE TO ALLOCATE THE WORKS FOR SUBORDINATES EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIANTLY ALSO SHOULD ACHIEVE THE TARGETS AS PER THE SCHEDULE 5-ABLE TO ESTIMATE THE MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS ACCURATELY PRIOR TO START THE WORK 6-SHOULD BE A TEAM PLAYER TO COORDINATE ALL THE SUBORDINATES AND BE EXPERIANCED ENOUGH TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE 7-HAS TO MANAGE MULTIPPLE TASKS. 8- WELL VERSED OF USING MODERN MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENTS APART FROM THE TRADITIONAL METHODS
