A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asst. IT Manager / IT Analyst in a very large KSA based business group. The group currently runs SAP system for Finance and AS 400 for sales and collection. We are in the process of implementing a Sales & Collection module of FinnOne (Nucleas) system and are looking for candidates who can lead the project.
This role supports the implementation of the new FinnOne applications or maintenance of the existing information technology systems on AS400.
Main Responsibilities During the implementation of FinnOne
•Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•Reviews deliverables before passing to end user.
•Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
•Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•Facilitates project team meetings effectively.
•Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
•Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
•Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
•Support Business in data cleansing and data migration.
•Facilitate UAT, Prepair the required test scenario documents
•Facilitate of final acceptance and signoff process
Main Responsibilities Post Go-Live
•Maintains and improving FinnOne applications
•Support business in FinnOne Modules processes
•Support FinnOne interface with SAP FICO
•Checking system performance on a daily basis
•Follow-up end user training and provide a refreshment trainig
•Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
•System Backup
Candidates should have
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•4-5 years work experience in a large reputable organization.
•Minimum 2 years experience as IT Analyst.
•Minimum 2 years extensive experience in SAP.
•System development, programming and in depth project management experience.
•Fluency in English is must (Arabic will be a great advantage)
•Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia and only candidates with TRANSFERABLE IQAMA within Saudi Arabia will be considered.
•TRANSFERABLE IQAMA IS MUST
