Manager -Finance & MIS - Sharjah - United Arab Emirates
Monthly Salary (in US$) $4001 - $6000
Job Description • Ensure compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies of the Company. • Responsible for Accounting of all transactions – Sales, Material, General, Cost and P&L. • Publish monthly P&L Statements and analysis thereof. • Ensure credit policies are complied with in respect of both receivables and payables and to this end manage the cash flow. • Periodically review collection performance with sales and decide on actions pertaining to delinquent customers. • Highlight deviations from budget on expenses and overheads and determine corrective action with the manager responsible. • Built agreements with group companies on transfer pricing of services and cross booking of expenses. • Report transgressions in accounting practices, material discrepancies, cash advances and contravention of company policy to Corporate Finance. • Participate in periodic audits of systems, accounting records and accounting practices with a view to improve accounting, fix accountabilities and tighten leakages. • Coordinate with Central Treasury department in respect of remittances and withdrawals and cash flow management.
Profile A qualified CA (Chartered Accountant). 8 -10 years experience in handling Finance & MIS in a Manufacturing concern.
