Description •Able to identify potential automation areas of the business that provides maximized productivity, competitive advantage and effective resource utilization. •Implement improved functionality of business processes utilizing features of ERP •Troubleshooting, problem solving and providing support to ensure continual service and reduced downtime •Meeting with end users to identify project requirements, develop project plans and schedules, write, test and implement software according to the end user’s specifications. •Act as the main point of communication between members of the IT department and end-users to analyze and assess requirements to ensure that a technology solution meets the users needs and expectations
Profile •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent •Minimum 7 years in the field, min 3 live implemention & support as a lead in Financial or HR module. •Should have implemented and supported different modules in Oracle ERP Version 11.5.10 or above •Should have managed projects on Oracle ERP platform •Should be familiar with ERP schema and capable of designing and supporting interfaces and custom extensions •Strong functional knowledge on the business processes
