Promote and market various agricultural and horticulture products. Initiate new business development opportunities and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Specific responsibilities are as under: 1. Initiate business development ideas or opportunities which will generate business, provide growth and profitability. 2. Meet target by creating new line of products and services. 3. Enhance customer base in Bahrain and develop overseas customers. 4. Prepare weekly call program for customer visits and provide updates. 5. Deal with customers in a professional manner. 6. Plan, organise and coordinate with superior for sales of products, etc. 7. Seek sources for new products and suppliers. 8. Ensure complete adherence to company policies as issued by Management from time to time.

Profile Qualification: Science Graduate preferably with Degree in Agriculture Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in the main products which range from peat moss and fertilizer to drainage and irrigation systems. Other products include potting substratum, potting soil, control release fertilizer, slow release fertilizer, hobby fertilizer, pelleted chicken manure, treated cow manure, organic fertilizers, bark mulch, automatic irrigation system, corrugated drainage pipes, urea granular NPK, etc. Skills: 1. Team player 2. Very good communication/interpersonal skills 3. Good networking
