Executive Secretary - Personnel Assistant - Multi Services Company - Qatar

REF. NO. MSCQ-ES1001
Reporting to Senior Management and is responsible for providing senior level secretarial and clerical services.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES
Language :
Arabic and English fluent
Bachelor Degree holder
Qatar Resident - Transferable Visa and NOC
6- 10 years experience as Executive Secretary

RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup Senior Management’s travel arrangements.
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
Maintain Sr. Managements’ calendar.
Prepare and maintain Sr. Management’s expense report.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
Computer literate - Knowledge of MS Office packages.

SALARY RANGE
QR 6,000 - 10,000 + Benefits
