Regional Fleet Manager - Al Marai - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Core Purpose of Job:
• Effectively support the region by managing the repairs and maintenance of fleet.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
1. To manage the cost of fleet repair & maintenance is within budget.
2. To ensure Fleet presentability & condition comply with company standards.
3. To manage adherence to the maintenance schedules and standards across the region
4. To build a strong Fleet Maintenance Team through training and coaching.
5. To ensure all internal and external customers are given the highest standard of customer service.
6. To ensure purchased maintenance materials are meeting company standards and are stored in a safe condition.
7. To maintain Health & Safety standards in all the regional workshops.
8. Prepare regular reports:
a. preparation of annual budgets
b. periodic reports on operating costs
c. control over maintenance
i. repairs
ii. replacements
iii. disposals
• 5 years experience in Fleet Management involving suppliers/ customers environment.
• Experience in a fleet over 200 vehicles and in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge on truck refrigeration systems, vehicle engineering, refrigerated display system, and basic computer systems is desirable.
