Female Secretary
With following requirements;
1. Bachelor Degree
2. More than 2 years of experience in Kuwait in the similar field.
3. Good knowledge of MS office, contracting.
4. A good communication skill in English is a must.
5. Only Kuwaiti resident with a valid residence should apply.
6. Having a driving license is an advantage.
7. Arab nationals with fluency in English or Asians with Kuwait experience will be preferred.
8. Experience in home country shall not be considered.

Job profile will include but not limited to;
1. Preparing quotations, letters, reports, data entry.
2. Local and international purchases
3. Attending to phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintain calenders & call logs
4. Follow up on projects and tenders
5. Coordinating with factory and office staff
6. Maintaining office equipments, supplies etc
7. Knowledge of internet

Working hours: 8AM – 5PM on Sundays – Thursdays and 8AM-2PM on Saturdays
Working days: Saturday-Thursday
Probation period: One month

Inspector – QC - Drydocks World - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

• Ensure that the work carried out complies with International Construction Codes, Project Specifications, Tender, Work Instructions, Procedure and Manuals, as appropriate.
• Perform in-process and final inspections on electrical & instrumentation jobs in Shop and Onboard.
• Participation in work identification.
• Attend daily onboard meeting.
• Coordinate and liaise with Classification societies, Third party inspection agencies, Ship Superintendents and other Trades, to ensure adherence to related Standards.
• Stop processes if they do not meet specified requirements, raise Occurrence Reports / Fields Reports recommend for corrective and preventive actions.
• Collecting, updating and filing all relevant inspections records.
• Perform NDT as required
• Conduct frequent audits and report any non-compliance to the Superiors on issues of Quality.

Profile • Diploma/Degree in any engineering/Science discipline/Industrial experience
• Three years of inspection experience in a shipyard, oil & gas industry or related field.
• Qualified ASNT Level II NDT inspector, NACE level, AWS welding inspector or similar.
• Should be conversant with applicable inspection, testing techniques and standards.
• Good command over English language and effective communication skills.
• Good planning and execution skills.
