Job Description A government company in qater is looking to hire this position on an urgent basis. The position will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Prepare schedule, monitor and keep track of all activities for the Quality Section. 2. Prepare Memos and reports for Head of Section. 3. Responsible for filing and archiving of hard and soft copies of all correspondences and documentation. 4. Prepare Minutes of Section meetings. 5. Prepare monthly statistics of non-conformities to management. 6. Prepare presentation slides for Management Review meetings in MS PowerPoint. 7. Prepare presentation for Action Plan meeting using MS Project. 8. Prepare yearly non-conformity analysis and statistics report. 9. Provide training in some topics of in-house training related to Quality Management System. 10. Updating documents related to Quality Management Systems. 11. Coordination of internal and external audit activities. 12. Preparation of gate passes and follow-up The selected candidate should have a Diploma Degree or related with a minimum of 5 years with a multinational and joint venture company (preferably oil & gas, petrochemicals co.). Having experience/ knowledge in the field of Quality Management Systems would be an advantage. Should have a very good command of English language both written and spoken.
