The selected candidate will be responsible for maximizing profitability by overseeing sales, marketing, operations and human resources. This person will directly head the managers of the various departments of the company. He must implements and carries out strategic plans for these senior level managers.
Profile BS or higher degree in Horticulture or related field and in depth knowledge of the horticulture industry and products .
BA degree is desirable.
Excellent organizational ability, a high degree of initiative, excellent communication skills and a team orientation
Ability to utilize remote resources (purchasing, credit, accounting and human resources) in an effective manner to achieve the yearly TO target
Solid knowledge and experience with profit-and-loss (P&L;) and financial statements as well as inventory management.
Written & Spoken language : English, Arabic desirable, any other language is a plus.
6-10 years of hands-on management experience with proven leadership skills.
