The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: • 5+ years experience in selling Recruitment, HR Consulting services and/ or products. • A basic grounding in or experience with Human Resources is a must. Experience with a recruitment company will also count. • Communication and presentation skills to work with the largest companies in the region. • Ability to speak with Senior HR Managers and CEO’s and aggressively sell Recruitment Services or Software to them.
Profile We are looking to hire 2 business development personnel in Oman and Qatar who understand the value of client relationships, are aggressive in their approach to sales and understand HR. These personnel will be responsible for selling market leading HRMS software, Executive Search, Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services and Recruitment.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
