Description: 1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the sales targets as per product category / channel / area etc
2. Assist Sales Manager in Sales Planning, Sales forecast, sales administration and execution
3. Develop relationship with customers and manage their day to day operational issues
4. Liaison with supply chain to make sure the availability of products
5. Develop strategies to win competition in association with Sales Manager / Regional Manager
6. Arrange frequent and periodic sales meeting to set and review the targets with his team
7. Train the sales team on product knowledge and pricing
8. Make sure the collection of Cash and its submission with office in safe & secure way
9. Manage market outstanding as per company policy

Qualification: Minimum Graduation / BBA / MBA preferred
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years as supervisor in FMCG / Sales & Distribution Co.
