Oracle ERP Developer & Technical Support (HRMS) - Kuwait

Description: Responsibilities: Technical & Functional Support to Oracle ERP HRMS.
• Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility
• Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfill the objectives of enterprise business community
• Liaison with Database Administrator for technical issues related to application areas in the context of Oracle ERP environment, concurrent managers, interface issues, tasks and technical TARs to Oracle or any third party software providers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Detailed Job Tasks:
• Provide support to Oracle HRMS module such as Payroll, Personnel, Self Service, OTL Module
• Provide business analysis and object programming expertise within an assigned business unit/area, in the analysis, design, and development of business applications
• Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to provide solution to business problems and needs
• Responsible in conducting business requirements study, analyzing business needs, prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and designed, code, test, debug, and document programs
• Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.

Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
 Database: Certification in Oracle 8i or Oracle 9i
 Software Tools: SQL PLUS & PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i SQL* Loader, Export / Import
 ERP Software: Oracle Application 11i (11.5.x ) - Oracle HRMS and Oracle Financials
 Developer Utilities: Toad
 Operating System: Windows 95/98/NT/2000, XP
 Other Programming skill: SQL , JSP , J2EE , HTML , MS –Excel
Experience:
• At least five years of experience in business application design development, installation and modification in an online environment. The experience should include the skills as mentioned above.
Salary:
• 800 KD including all allowances.
