Job Description:-
Responsibilities:
• Review and update organizational norms, policies and guidelines.
• Supervise the conduct of job analysis & design, job stream, job classification and evaluation.
• Analyze the design of the organizational structure ensuring alignment with the Bank’s long term goals.
• Manage the organization structure of the bank including assessing, advising and implementing changes.
• Conduct studies and research to identify leading practices to propose tools and solutions in line with best practices to improve performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a major in Organization development.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and drafting organizational policies in a financial institution in the GCC.
• Solid understanding of organizational structures, functions, theory, best practices, trends and design.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record in a similar post.
