ROLE PURPOSE:
Control & identify Learning & Development activities in the organization ensuring development of employee competencies enabling them to achieve the organizational objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Implement and update Learning & Development policy, ensure adherence and integrate it with other operational requirements. TBI
Conduct DNA and identify L&D needs as per requirements in coordination with departments. TBI
Prepare, control and utilize the training budget, in cost-effective way. TBI
Evaluate training proposals and analyze course contents & trainer CVs to ensure that they are meeting our requirements. TBI
Conduct evaluation of training courses, learning effectiveness and training providers/vendors to ensure the quality of the services provided and produce necessary reports for management. TBI
Conduct Job Analysis, create and maintain Job Description for all positions across the board. Conduct Job Evaluation whenever required. TBI
Control and monitor the learning database, evaluate and scrutinize the statistical reports produced periodically. TBI
In charge of follow up about Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure implementation according to company policy. TBI

Communicates with departments, employees and external training providers in ascertaining training needs and implementing training programs effectively.
