We are currently looking to hire a dynamic and professional individual for the role of Executive Secretary for the Management office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a good office administration background to propel their career into the fast lane by taking up this very responsible and challenging position.
Role Requirements
Have excellent secretarial support skills set including but not limited to composing memos / emails, drafting letters, good analytical skills, having command of full MS office suite, good presentation and report generation skills, good coordination / time management skills, ability to work independently, multi-tasking ability with maturity and responsibility. Working on special projects and extra hours as required and having self-initiative and drive to meet this role challenge.
Other Prerequisites
Have (5) plus years of prior local market experience in providing professional secretarial support in senior management levels (GM/CEO/CFO), education beyond secondary level from an accredited institution (Bachelor Degree preferred), professional appearance and self-grooming, availability to join with a short notice, UAE driving license (will be an added advantage).
