Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and / or Petrochemical Industries, including 5 years minimum work experience in process design with accredited engineering design office. • Sound background of Process Plant Operations and familiar with Operational practices and procedures. • Thorough knowledge and experience of the International & national practices, regulations and standard for Industrial Safety, health, environment and Fire & Gas Protection. • Ability to perform Safety reviews and participate in Process Hazard Analysis like HAZOP. • Familiar with preparation of bid specifications (HSE portion) for ITB for Basic & Detailed Engineering packages. • Knowledge of Environmental control & waste management system. • Knowledge of Fire Fighting protection systems. • Familiar with Safety software packages like SAFETI, PHAST. • Familiar with Quality Management and Environment Management Systems (QMS-ISO 9001) and (EMS-ISO 14001). • Good communication, leadership and organizational skills & Computer literacy.
