Schedules PM jobs.
Periodical Maintenance of the following.

Air-conditioning.
Kitchen appliances.
LPG Gas supply system.
CCTV – Access control.
Barrier System.
Fire Fighting System.
Electrical HV / LV installation.
Sewage treatment plant.
Satellite System.
Water supply system – fresh water – bore well.
Garbage removal system.
Day to day maintenance control of all units and common area
Recording all maintenance request.
Estimation of work to be carried out.
Approval process for all major expenses above RO 100/-
Preparation of monthly reports.
Purchasing / Sourcing out of parts required.
Key Control System maintenance
Safe keeping of all plans.
Safe keeping of all operation manuals.
