Job Description Candidate will be responsible for monitoring work progress at site. The position requires strong leadership and client facing skills as well as the ability to work with a team in a multi- disciplinary environment. Ability to follow-up design progress from consultants (schedule, content & reporting). The selected person will be responsible for coordination at site to ensure proper work progress and will be very hands-on involved in day-to-day site management. Effective coordination of progress of work at site by ensuring that all information on drawings is conveyed to the contractors in a proper manner. Monitoring of all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time. Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements, as well as safety rules and regulations are communicated to fit out contractor and are fully enforced. Ability to professionally interface between consultant, contractors Client. Act as a mediator and resolve issues and conflicts between the company& consultants. Conduct site inspections and issue related snag lists and reports as required. Prepare Monthly design site progress report, keep Management fully updated on all details of work progress at site on a daily basis.

Profile Min 6 - 10 yrs experience and Gulf driving licence, Excellent Writing & Communication skills and leadership skills. Knowledge of MS Office (word & excel) MS Project, Primavera & AutoCad are required. Min. Qualifications: B.Tech Civil/ B.Arch holders
