1. 10+ years of experience in project execution and delivery obtained through working for blue chip/internationally recognized organisations. 2. 5+ years of managing multi disciplined teams. 3. Ideally should have experience of operating in the shipbuilding/offshore construction industry. 4. Extensive experience of managing and delivering projects within budget. 5. Experience of commercial negotiations and business development activities. 6. Ability to communicate at all levels with clients and other stakeholders. 7. High level of commercial awareness attained from successful delivery of projects. 8. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. 9. Must have analytical skills, well organized and exercise sound judgment in decision making. 10. Degree/diploma in Marine Technology, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is desirable.
