Job Description The position would be responsible to manage, supervise and create systems and processes for the EHA Projects and After Sales Service department. The incumbent besides being the Head of After Sales would have to manage all aspects related to Corporate/ Project/ Institutional/ Government Sales and Installation of all types of Air Conditioners including Commercial Air conditioners and ensure target achievement. The candidate would be expected to transform the EHA Projects and Service cell in providing efficient and effective Project Management and Customer Service. The position reports to General Manager and would have a team of 50+ professionals to manage under him.
Profile We are looking for an Engineering Graduate and preferably MBA with 15+ years work experience with leading Air conditioning, Electronics & Home Appliances Brands and must have Technical knowledge with various types of Air-conditioning systems and modern electronic products and appliances. Of this experience atleast 5 yrs should be in Middle East markets.
