Job Description Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1) Maintain books of Accounts.
2) Pass Necessary entries of transactions in the System.
3) Do Various banking transactions as per the requirement of the company.
4) Liaison with Bank, Insurance agencies, sponsor’s office and other Govt. Bodies.
5) Manage Creditors & Receivables.
6) Exercise Credit Control.
7) Do monthly closing of accounts i.e. prepare P&L, Balance Sheet etc.
8) Reconciliation of Accounts.
9) Prepare account based MIS reports like Ageing Analysis, Sales etc.etc.
10) Organize Salary Payments to employees.
11) Costing of project activities.
Profile B.Com./M.Com, having minimum 5-7 years experience in Accounts; having done three years Year-end Closing Accounts. Proficiency in Computer and knowledge of working in ERP environment essential.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Master of Commerce ( Commerce )
