Threading Line Division Head - Saudi Arabia

Responsibility:
- To manage, direct and ensure that Threading Line machinery and facilities are effectively operated and maintained to the highest standards to fulfill production and quality requirements.
- Reporting to the Production Manager

Main Tasks:
- Plan and supervise all daily activities of the Threading Line and ensure that the Line runs consistently and achieves the required production and quality target.
- Program, set and operate the CNC Lathes to produce API and Premium Joint Connections.
- Inspection of API and Premium Joint Connections as required.
- Ensure accreditation of the Threading Line to the applicable API and Customer specifications.
- Prepare and ensure implementation of the relevant ITP, MOC, API / ISO and customer specifications in all processes during production.
- Training & development of all Threading Line staff.
- Create, maintain, revise and update the Threading Line QMS (ISO 9001:2000) Procedures to be incorporated in to the company’s quality system.
- Control all administration duties relating to the Threading Line Manpower – Contract Renewals, Salaries, and Performance Appraisals.
- Preparation of the Threading Line Annual Budget.

Qualification / Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Machining)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent computer skills.
- Minimum 7 years experience as multi axis CNC Machinist with experience of cutting a variety API and Premium joint connections.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position within an ISO 9001/API 5CT/ 5B OCTG threading facility.
