Day to day management of commercial team. Compilation, review and submission of all contractual and commercial correspondence. Manage sub-contract and supply procurement including writing scopes of work, tender documentation, evaluation, negotiation and contract agreements. Main Contract payment applications, variation account management, submissions and negotiations. Sub-contract administration including payments, variations and claims. Set up and manage project budget, cash flow forecasting, cost management and monthly project cost reporting to executive management. Profile Quantity Surveying / Commercial Administration related qualification and professional membership. 10 years post-qualification experience in cost and commercial management through the design, tender and construction stages of multi-discipline projects. Knowledge and use of FIDIC based contracts. Effective negotiator with above average management and people skills. Knowledge of working and commercial conditions in the Gulf is essential. Self motivated with ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Proficient with common MS software and Primavera V3 or above.
