1. Common Objectives. Provide support to Contracts Manager in the operation of the Contract Section, including, but not limited to: i.Preparing clear and concise documentation while working to strict deadlines. ii.Claim identification, preparation, submission and monitoring. iii.Assisting in the defense of claims, including analysis of contract clauses and interpretation, collation and preparation of records iv.Maintain close liaison amongst cost, planning and engineering functions to share issues and ensure continuity. v.Ensuring contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered vi.Maintaining contract records to support the negotiation of the final account vii.Prepare Job-specific work instructions for inclusion in the Project Quality Plan
