Provides training and support to U.A.E.National Developers on the job site regarding Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Maintenance and administers procedures for verification of Competencies as per Development Programs. Guides the Developers to examine faulty equipment to determine scope and requirement, obtain necessary tools and spare parts and proceed to work site to carry out the maintenance job.
Trains the Developers on how to carry out skilled fault finding, diagnosis and defect repair indicated by regular predictive checks, or failures of equipment reported by Operational personnel. Instructs Developers in carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance checks and tests on running equipment and machinery. Includes taking correct measurements of clearance, tolerance and alignment within acceptable limits using a wife range of precision instruments such as laser optic equipment, gauges and technometers.
Profile BSc in an engineering discipline. 6 years work experience (subject to qualification as above) in condition monitoring of heavy duty rotating equipment, within oil/gas industry or power plants, at least 3 years of which should have been in a
Training function(on-job) in his Discipline.
Experience in preparing Training materials and familiarity with Competency Based Programs is required.
Good knowledge of English Language.
Should have experience in Condition Monitoring of heavy duty rotating equipment in Oil/ Gas Industry or power plants at least 3 years performing on the job training.
