Supervise the overall work in progress in the workshop ( Car Division).
Determine the amount of work needed on the vehicle and communicate to the Service adviser.
Distribute the work between workers according to job card details. May also be responsible for quality and road test Identify any additional repairs which was not specified in the job card and communicate to the Service adviser Supervise the maintenance of equipments in the workshop.
Ensure that the workshop is maintained clean by the workers. Conduct on the job training for his staff Provide assistance to the workers in case any difficulties occurs while performing their jobs. Report to the Service Manager any technical problems occurs. Perform such other duties as assigned by Workshop Supervisor.
Profile Min.Exp. 3 years in Similar Position.
Max Exp. 5 years. Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / or related discipline with 3 years experience in similar position. Excellent English communication, knowledge of PC skill is essential. Experience in European based car service will be preferable. Communication in Arabic is preferable.
