Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Ensures that subcontractors and the suppliers allocated to the project are reliable and appropriate. 2. Supervises the performance of procurement engineers. 3. Supervises the preparation of subcontractors. 4. Initiates and conducts consolidated procurement actions. 5. Prepares provisional terms of payments with the Financial Manager. 6. Provides support to the tendering engineers when needed. 7. Observes and implements the quality system as required by the quality procedures.
