1- Assist in identifying candidates for mergers/ acquisitions or possible business acquirers 2- Set merger, acquisition or disposal strategy. 3- Supervise the Due-Diligence process related to the financial, legal, technical, operational and managerial aspects. 4- Prepare information memorandum. 5- Assist as company in searching and promotion to close the deal in professional way in which satisfy the client`s Goals. 6- Provide advice to the company during negotiations
Profile - Should have core experience in merger&acquisitions from recognized banks or companies. - Should be having both English/Arabic written/spoken skills. - Should have multitasking skills, office management, self disciplined and should be open to minimum travel.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Finance )
