Primary Duties:
•Analysis of critical lines using Caesar-II.
•Review/stress check of Finite Element Analysis of split tee/encirclement pad for hot tapping job.
•Analysis and designing for curbing various plant piping vibrations through static stress analysis and natural frequency analysis.
•Preparation of Stress Design Base Memorandum (DBM) and Stress reports
•Preparation of Plot plans, equipment Layout and Piping Layouts
•Preparation of design basis, concept notes, standard details, specifications etc
•Exposure to secondary calculations like flange leakage calculation.
•WRC 107 calculation will be additional advantages.
•Resolving stress models involving high temperature & high pressure, big bore, lines with slug/water hammer/surge, dual phase flow, seismic analysis, steam & flare systems, cryogenic piping, non-metallic & jacketed piping, piping connected to critical equipment like compressors, turbines, columns & Reboiler, heat exchangers, pumps, air coolers, etc
•Must have hands on experience in both static & dynamic analysis in Caeser II software. Experience in any other software & FEA will be added advantage.
•Must have experience in preparing final documentation of stress models, vessel clip information, support logs, etc.
Profile Minimum Requirement:
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
Shall have more than 7 years experience in Piping Stress work for Offshore / refinery installations/ oil and gas facilities/ LNG storage and re-gasification terminals.
Experience 7 - 17 years
