The ideal should a graduate Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronic & Communications) with at least 3-4 years of related experience in the field. Candidates having certificates in network and IP telephony such as CCNP or CCVP are highly desired. He must understand the contact center system functions concept.
