Requirements:
3-5 years relevant experience in a deluxe Health Club
A Team Leader
Creative thinker; able to implement new ideas and creatively alter existing programs Strong time management skills
Able to train and develop staff
Strong sales skills
Must be a skilled and persuasive communicator
Personable and friendly with all personality type.
RECREATION MANAGER
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in the same capacity
• Leads a team that supervises a range of outdoor activities, such as water sports, swimming, diving, as well as bowling Has a good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
A team leader that will lead, motivate, and develop staff including instructors, ensuring adherence to safely regulations at all times
Personable and friendly with all personality types.
