Job Description Business Development / Marketing ?X Identify new streams for revenue growth & developing project marketing plans to build customer preference. ?X Utilize public information and personal network to develop project marketing intelligence for generating leads. ?X Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. ?X Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Distributor / Channel Management ?X Identify and network with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share. ?X Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities. ?X Assist the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI. (B.E) ?V Mechanical/Electrical with MBA (Marketing) preferred ?X An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
