Description: -Outstanding customer service and communication skills in English
-Should have an enthusiastic passionate desire for delivering fast and friendly service to customers.
-Should have at least 4 years of experience at a hotel or a hotel background
-Adept at handling money as will have to total bills, receive money, make change, fill out charge forms, and give receipts.
-Ability to work under pressure and be alert and cordial at all times.
-Should have general knowledge of the restaurant at all times.
-Pleasant personality, positive and enthusiastic.
-Follow a proper dress code.
-Flexible with work timings
-Visa 18.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include and not limited to:-
1.Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers.
2.Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
3.Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
4.Greet customers entering the restaurant.
5.Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission
6.They will also have to resolve customer complaints if any.
