Setting Annual Business Plans based on Company’s Business Plan & Strategy • Setting Annual Sales Targets, Forecasts & distribution target in alignment with the Company Strategy. • Responsible of achieving Sales targets per brand per Channel (Supermarkets, Pharmacy, and Groceries & Wholesalers) & Maximize our Market Share in this Channels. • Responsible for Negotiating & Closing Annual agreements with Key accounts (Hypermarkets, Chain of Pharmacies & Wholesalers) in UAE. • Assess the profitability of different Accounts & setting their annual Budget. • Ensure maximum Visibility & Shelf Share in the category in different Outlets in UAE. • Develop Strategies including identifying, developing & implementing a process for evaluating Business Opportunities in terms of mission/strategy fit the Business Capacity. • Set objectives & Priorities for the Team and monitors performance & progress of Goals on a continuous basis. • Hires & Retains cohesive and high functioning candidates for the division • Appraisal & development for team members to ensure Performance & Competences. • Provide appropriate rewards & recognition that motivates further accomplishments. • Set a plan for efficient Trainings for all team members as per their Needs.
Profile QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate in Pharmacy with minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a Pharmaceutical industry MBA in Marketing preferred Experience of local market & Dubai and Northern emirates is a must SKILLS / COMPETENCIES • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team to achieve success • Strategic planning • Analytical and organized in nature • Creative and self motivated • Lead by Example • Dynamic Leader-Team Player
