To support the implementation of T24 - Temenous Core banking system.
Support Temenous solution after implementation.
Liaise with users to identify, record and resolve technical and procedural problems to initiate and manage investigative and corrective activities accordingly. Ensure satisfactory resolution within agreed SLAs and communicate progress / issues to User and IS Management. Assist users with the formal definition and clarification of requirements and procedures within Core Banking applications. Assess the impact and associated risk of requirements.
Analyze problems and define procedures for problem resolution and recovery.
Lead and conduct all stages of design, development, testing and implementation of core banking modules and functions. Review user’s requirement specifications.
Assess available technical options to satisfy requirements and determine their comparative business, technical feasibility and cost/benefits. Prepare, review and approve system design and program specifications. Prepare, review and approve Unit, Integration, System and Acceptance test specifications and plans. Prepare, review and approve implementation plan and related procedural changes and user documentation. Prepare, review and approve related application systems training requirements. Attend to all Audit, Security, and Risks recommendations and standards and implemented liaison with Bank’s Audit, Security and Risk Departments. Maintain and update personal technical and business knowledge on IT specially in the area of core banking systems.
Profile Minimum of Five (5) years experience of the full system development life-cycle in a banking/commercial/financial/business systems environment, including direct hands-on experience of programming, systems analysis and design, data analysis and design, systems implementation and support.
Minimum 3 years experience supporting Temenous core Banking System.
Knowledge and Experience on Analysis, Design and Development methodologies, techniques and tools.
He/She must have a good knowledge and competent skills of IT development tools.
He / She must have a experience developing IT solutions using Oracle development tools.
He / She must also have good communications and presentation skills, good command of English and Arabic.
Problem Solving is a key skill required to fill in this job
