Training Co-ordinator-Ali & Sons Co-Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Identify training needs Consolidate needs a prepare month wise annual training plan.
Ability to Conduct Induction program, Internal training courses like English Communication, secretarial courses and personality development etc. Coordinate with inside and outside training faculties assist them in arrangement of training program. Identify; evaluate suitable trainers, training institutions who can conduct professional training courses for employed. Complete responsibility of training arrangements Obtain training feedback from participants from trainer about participants. Prepare the reports related to training & regularly update the HR Director, Regularly maintain & update training records.

Profile Master Degree in personnel/ sociology / or related discipline with minimum 3 years experience in similar position. Fluent in English communication, presentation skills and excellent knowledge in PC skills are essential. SAP background work experience will be highly preferable.
