Secretary/Admin Coordinator-Abu Dhabi-United Arab Emirates

Schedule appointments on behalf of the Manager,
provide information to callers, take dictation, compose and type correspondences, read and route incoming mail, and perform other administrative tasks as and when required.
Draft letters and official correspondences to the concerned parties.
File correspondences and other records. Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official and place outgoing calls. Arrange travel schedule and reservations. Compile and type reports. Record minutes of staff meetings. Prepare outgoing mail. Communicate to the Human Resources Manager any problems encountered in the performance of the department. Perform such other duties as requested by the Human Resources Manager.

Profile Degree / Diploma in Administration / or related discipline . Excellent English communication and PC skills are essential. Work Experience in SAP will be given preference.
