The Cost Control Clerk will be responsible for the daily and monthly F&B cost reporting and develop potential F&B analysis reports. Monitor and track sales and interface with Income Audit on cost and sales allocations. Will assist the Cost Controller and participate in month end inventories and reconciliations. As well as special projects as determined by Financial Controller.
Profile Food and Beverage experience preferred. knowledge and proficiency in Excel required, plus computer literate in word processing. Previous F&B cost analysis experience is also preferred. Requires ability to perform basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with hosts. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job description, daily memorandums, and other instructions.
Teamwork is a must as well as a self-starter and ability to work with little or no supervision.
