Experience in pipeline / waste water / desalination projects. Ability to supervise and control a team of workers from multi-cultural regions / nationalities. Act as a Elderly adviser to sort out issues amicably among workers, if required, and spread the goodwill among workers to improve productivity, loyalty and thereby reduce turn round of employees.
Profile ITI or proven work experience in water / sewerage transmission pipelines, desalination plants, pumping stations industries. Ability to lead a team in co-ordination with the Project Manager / Engineers. GCC experience preferred. Qualification: ITI or proven work experience.
