Job Description Conversant with specifications for various pipelines, machineries and accessories. Ability to lead a team to achieve set targets within the time and budget. Attend meetings etc with client / consultants. Overall execution and administration of the project as per the contract requirements and specifications. Co-ordination and liaison with clients / consultant / sub-contractors. Forecasting of project resources well in advance. Submittal of project progress reports to Project Director / Client. Contract review (post award) and periodic contract review with Contract Manager. Ensure necessary Inspection & Test Plan / Method Statements are obtained from the sub-contractors / vendors and to forward the same to client / consultant, as required. Monitoring preparation of RCDR.
Profile Experience in sewerage transmission pipelines, pumping stations or any large industrial construction. Focal point for all communications between Client / Consultant and sub-contractors. Good planning and problem solving skills; team player and able to lead the team to the desired targets. Manpower management. Excellent interpersonal and communication and computer skills, Must be well versed in Primavera MS project and other software. GCC experience preferred. Qualification: BE / ME in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
