We are looking for “Senior System Analyst(SAP HR Functional Consultant)” with our client.Interested applicants please apply to: bangalore@webecome.com highlighting current and expected salaries: Position - Senior System Analyst (Sap HR Functional Consultant) Location - Doha Department: Information Technology Department Job Purposes: Responsible for analysis, design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, standardization and support for all business processes in one of the following functional areas of SAP applications. SAP R/3 HR Functional Analyst • Must have minimum of seven years of experience in R/3 HR module and minimum of twelve years of total HR/IT experience. • Must have experience in implementation, testing and post implementation support of various HR and Payroll/Time modules including CATS. • Must have some experience in Oil & Gas industry. • Must have a degree in related discipline. IMPORTANT POINTERS • BSc degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / MIS or related discipline. • At least 10 years of IT out of which 4-5 years in SAP HR projects. • Experience must include at least 3-4 full blown lifecycle end to end implementation projects. • Solid understanding of Business processes and identifying business requirements and needs. • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work within a dynamic environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. • SAP certification would be a plus. • Must have excellent hands on experience. • Must be a team player.
